The revolution of eccentric cone will allow inside machined opening of the tube without any unnecessary strength and have accurate machining on the bend face.
While the work is finished, ratchet mechanism will be in action and eccentric cone won't march further. It does not mean that machining on the bend face is abnormal.
After the machining is finished, make the idling top head in revolution again for 2-3 times and have the bend face in friction which will be more pretty.
Uses : 45 degree machining for piping of refrigeration, air conditioning, oil pressure and air pressure, etc.
